By accessing or using GemPay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of Services

GemPay provides a crypto payment gateway that allows merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments and receive settlements in local currency.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.
You agree not to use GemPay for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Account Registration

To access GemPay services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
GemPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Fees & Payments

GemPay charges a flat transaction fee of 0.8% per payment processed. No setup or monthly fees apply.
Fees are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to active merchants.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Settlements

Settlements to your bank account are processed within 1–2 business days in your local currency.
GemPay is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment processors.
Minimum settlement thresholds may apply depending on your region.

6. Prohibited Activities

Using GemPay for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
Processing payments for prohibited goods or services as defined by applicable laws.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the GemPay platform.
Providing false or misleading information during registration or transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the GemPay platform are owned by GemPay.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

GemPay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
GemPay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
